CANCELLATION POLICY

LFDL believes in helping its customers as much as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

 

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have initiated the printing process.

• No cancellations are entertained for orders/products that the LaFleurdeLis.co.in team has obtained on special occasions and during peak seasons, etc. These are limited-time offers, and therefore, cancellations are not possible.

• In case the product received is not as per your selected design from the site, you must bring it to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the product. After reviewing your feedback, an appropriate decision will be taken.

• Should there be any mistake on behalf of LFDL in terms of written text after approval, LFDL will replace the entire shipment.

LFDL ensures the utmost quality in production, and the final decision on colour and appearance rests at the discretion of LFDL.
